Pilot Café continues to grow, but this time in a slightly different way. While we are looking for the perfect location for our third café, we have welcomed a new reinforcement to the team – we are happy to introduce Tereza, our new manager!
Terezka started out as a barista, then ran the café in Letná, and because she's a handy girl, she takes care of both of our cafés by now. She's a kind of "big sister" for us, with whom we're not afraid to rev up our engines and hit the runway to keep the Pilot Café concept developing in the right direction.
Even though we work on various projects, cafes are our heart and soul, and the team of people around them is almost our second family. That's why you'll always find smiling and happy people in our cafes, who create a friendly atmosphere and are happy for you to stop by.
